Lodging & Registration Requirements To receive group-discounted lodging, lift tickets, and each member of your party must be registered for the 2026 Ski & Learn Seminar within five (5) business days of securing your lodging reservation of securing your lodging reservation . Registration is actively monitored and verified. Failure to register within this timeframe will result in the immediate loss of discounts and adjustment of deposits/charges.

Travel Information Big Sky Resort is located just 45 miles south of Bozeman, Montana. Convenient jet service is available into Bozeman via Northwest, Delta, United, and SkyWest Airlines. Ground transportation options include rental cars and shuttle service.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to the ALDA Ski & Learn Seminar at judkins@aldaonline.org.
- Full Refund: Written cancellations received on or before January 5, 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Written cancellations received between January 5 and January 14, 2026 will be subject to a $300 administrative fee.
- No Refunds: After January 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued without prior written approval from the ALDA Ski & Learn Seminar.
