A limited number of Gold Sponsorship opportunities are available. This premier package offers sponsors valuable visibility and engagement throughout the event.
Gold Sponsorship includes:
- One complimentary prime exhibit space
- Recognition during two (2) clinical presentations
- Exclusive group lodging and lift ticket discounts
- Prominent Gold Level billing on all event signage, publications, website, and email newsletters
- Introduction and recognition at clinical presentations
- A complimentary website advertisement for three (3) months before and after the meeting

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to the ALDA Ski & Learn Seminar at judkins@aldaonline.org.
- Full Refund: Written cancellations received on or before January 5, 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Written cancellations received between January 5 and January 14, 2026 will be subject to a $300 administrative fee.
- No Refunds: After January 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued without prior written approval from the ALDA Ski & Learn Seminar.
