Registration Notes (Please Read):

  • Pre-registration deadline is December 31, 2024. Prices increase automatically on January 1, 2025.
  • Our Welcome Reception will be held Friday, March 14 from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at the Summit in the Talus Room
  • Please enter your complete license number as it is displayed on your official license documentation including all dashes, spaces and special characters. Your Continuing Education Certificate can only be certified and emailed to you with your complete license. All Alabama licensees will be automatically uploaded into CE Broker. Licensees from Alabama and other states will receive an email certificate after the completion of the conference that will comply with the licensing requirements in your state.
  • The primary registrant fee includes your spouse and up to 2 children under age 10.
  • The $139 "Non-Dentist" fee is required for each additional child over 2 or older than 10 or any adult non dental guest.
  • Spouses and/or guests that are dentists or dental team members are required to pay the applicable registration fee.
  • Dental Team Members that are not accompanied by a dentist must pay the primary registrant fee of $1089
  • Your ADA number must be used to register. Dental Team Members should use 999 + the last six of your SSN.

1. Registration

The primary registrant fee includes your spouse and up to 2 children under age 10.
The "Non-Dentist" fee is required for each additional child or guest or for each guest over the age of 10 that is not a dentist or dental team member. All guests registered at Big Sky resort must be listed on your registration form.

Lodging: In order to receive group discounted lodging room rates, lift ticket and ski rental discounts at Big Sky Resort, each member of your party must also be registered with the 2025 Ski & Learn Seminar within five (5) business days of securing your lodging reservation. Registration is actively monitored and verified. Failure to register with the conference within five (5) business days of securing your lodging reservation will result in immediate loss of discounts and the adjustment of all deposits/charges.

4. Payment

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to the ALDA Ski and Learn Seminar to Mendy@aldaonline.org. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received prior to January 5, 2025. An administrative charge of $300 will be applied if the written cancellation is received on or after January 15, 2025. No refund will be issued after January 15, 2025. without the written approval of the ALDA Ski and Learn Seminar.
