Registration Notes (Please Read Carefully):

Pre-Registration Deadline: December 31, 2025. Registration fees will automatically increase on January 1, 2026.
Welcome Reception: Join us Friday, March 13 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM at the Summit, Talus Room.
License Number Requirement: Please enter your full license number exactly as it appears on your official documentation, including all dashes, spaces, and special characters. Your Continuing Education Certificate can only be issued and emailed with a complete license number.
- Alabama Licensees: Will be automatically uploaded into CE Broker.
- All Attendees: Will receive an emailed certificate after the conference that meets your state's licensing requirements.
Primary Registrant Fee Includes: Your spouse and up to two children under age 10.
Additional Guest Fees:
- A $139 “Non-Dentist” fee applies to each additional child over age 2 or older than 10, and to any adult guest who is not a dentist.
- Spouses or guests who are dentists or dental team members must pay the applicable registration fee.
Dental Team Members:
- Those attending without a dentist must pay the primary registrant fee of $1,089.
- To register, use your ADA number. If you do not have one, enter 999 + the last six digits of your SSN .

Attending Welcome Reception?

The primary registrant fee includes your spouse and up to 2 children under age 10.
The "Non-Dentist" fee is required for each additional child or guest or for each guest over the age of 10 that is not a dentist or dental team member. All guests registered at Big Sky resort must be listed on your registration form.

Lodging

Lodging: In order to receive group discounted lodging room rates, lift ticket and ski rental discounts at Big Sky Resort, each member of your party must also be registered with the 2026 Ski & Learn Seminar within five (5) business days of securing your lodging reservation. Registration is actively monitored and verified. Failure to register with the conference within five (5) business days of securing your lodging reservation will result in immediate loss of discounts and the adjustment of all deposits/charges.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to the ALDA Ski & Learn Seminar at judkins@aldaonline.org.

Full Refund: Written cancellations received on or before January 5, 2026 will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Written cancellations received between January 5 and January 14, 2026 will be subject to a $300 administrative fee.
No Refunds: After January 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued without prior written approval from the ALDA Ski & Learn Seminar.
