In order to receive group discounted lodging room rates, lift ticket and ski rental discounts at Big Sky Resort, each member of your party must also be registered with the 2024 Ski & Learn Seminar within five (5) business days of securing your lodging reservation. Registration is actively monitored and verified. Failure to register with the conference within five (5) business days of securing your lodging reservation will result in immediate loss of discounts and the adjustment of all deposits/charges.

Located just 45 miles south of Bozeman, Montana, the resort is easily accessible via jet service into Bozeman on Northwest, Delta, United and SkyWest Airlines. Ground Transportation is available by way of rental car or shuttle.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to the ALDA Ski and Learn Seminar to Mendy@aldaonline.org. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received prior to February 19, 2024. An administrative charge of $200 will be applied if the written cancellation is received on or after February 19, 2024. No refund will be issued after February 29, 2024, without the written approval of the ALDA Ski and Learn Seminar.
