- Full Refund: Written cancellations received on or before January 5, 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Written cancellations received between January 5 and January 14, 2026 will be subject to a $300 administrative fee.
- No Refunds: After January 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued without prior written approval from the ALDA Ski & Learn Seminar.
